Asheville Organic Mountain Mini-Farm / Homestead / Farm
Welcome!. Our homestead is on 60+ acres and includes our 3br 3.5bth home with solar power, streams, gardens, pasture, barn, trails, mountain views, private road & many house site. At one time we had considered selling and moving to a condo in Asheville but, we really do love it too much to leave. So, we have decided to sell off a couple of parcels, one with about two acres and a restored farmhouse and the other is about 25 wooded mountainside acres.
The 2± acres with renovated 1919 farmhouse (restored in '08), is quite private, sitting up on a hill and separated from the rest of our property by a small stream. It has an organic garden, nice old two storey storage shed / workshop and a pasture. It is available for $195k.
The other parcel that we're selling is approxiately 20-25 acres that is almost separate from the rest of our land, attached only at one corner. It is at higher elevevation (around 2800', I think) and is accessed from a separate road. This section is heavily wooded with three streams and is quite private with some good building sites and good long range views. $10k per acre (needs survey to determine exact size).
